You'll be fine if you put your right foot on a diet. Just take it easy and you won't break..... probably.
Like Sam said, it's kinda' fun to point, laugh, and then help people that need it. Adds to the challenge of the run.

Everybody needs to check the first post and chime in on what you will be bringing for the breakfast and pot luck.

I still haven't washed my Jeep from the trip to Superstition. Oh well, that's why I had kids, to do that stuff.

I'm getting together with Manny tomorrow. We'll figure out what we're gonna do for the breakfast and for the potluck and I'll let you know Ric. I don't think I saw bacon on your list..... I think that is a mandatory requirement, maybe we'll do that.

I have tons of hash browns already, put me down for that. Plus I'll bring pancake stuff.

I can bring the fryer and do up a turkey for saturday dinner, that will feed 15 or more depending on the size. If we do that then all we need are sides. Or, we can grill stuff and have more variety.

Great! Yeah Erika was disappointed there were no pancakes last time. She loves those things.

I'll update the first post again.

Before we commit to a turkey we need to know if that's what everyone wants. I'm happy to do it but I don't want to make food for 20 just in case.

There is something to be said for making a lot of smaller things too.

Also, Rik we don't need eggs and egg beaters.

I vote yes on the turkey. That pork shoulder/carnitas you made last time was great, but I was hoping for turkey. I'm sure it will get "gobbled" up, pardon the pun.
All those in flavor say aye.....

Can't you mix egg beaters and eggs? If not, it would be easier for him to transport egg beaters than eggs, especially in a Jeep.

We smoked a turkey wrapped in bacon for thanksgiving (and cooked 2 22 lb'ers). The problem with smoking is that they are limited to about 13-14lbs. It turned out awesome! (and so did the bacon!). Turkeys cost $$$ when its not thanksgiving.

I'll pitch in for the turkey. You should be able to get one at the grocery store. They aren't on sale like they are around the holidays.
Just get one and we'll all pitch in to cover it.
Either a turkey or a big roast. I'm good either way.
