I don't want to buy tires yet because I'm not sure if I'm going SOA on 35's or just sticking with my current setup when I do the engine swap.
But the Oktoberfest sounds like something I could do.
I have to admit I'm really looking forward to the Oktoberfest event.

John Bull is fine then. I'd really like to get the Savvy TT installed before I bash the oil pan any further anyway.

So can I get a hey I am still going from all who plan on showing up? Also I still may have an extra room at the cabin if anyone is interested?

You know I grew up there but have never been to the Oktoberfest.

I'm in Friday afternoon through Sunday. I may have one friend come up as a passenger but that's it so far.

You still have our room (master suite with jaccuzzi and flat panel TV) reserved for Betsy and I right?

We will cruise up after work on Friday. Sunday sound's like day to me.

I think I'm more inclined to Saturday night. Sunday is the drive home.

Well I'm sorry to say that I'm a definite 'no' now. I've figured out that I really can't spend the $$$ for gas up there & back right now. I'm hard pressed to even justify next weekend's trip to Ocotillo Wells for the Operation Desert Fun run but I've already paid the $35 entry fee and my club is doing it so the wife is semi-ok with that one. Not working really sucks.

A big thanks to Jeff for spotting me on the tires I was getting worried I was gonna have to run JB on those trailer tires. I also put a coat on her since I am leaving toorrow and may not have a chance to come back down before the trip and who knows what the weather will be like. Sorry Rik I am still not with the times and my huge pictures.

Those are some nice looking loaners. I was thinking you should have pulled the tires off those RV rims, wrapped a bunch of chain around them like tank tracks and let 'er rip.

I've moved from the "no" to the "maybe" column. Despite plans for Ocotillo next weekend the wife is liking the idea of another BB trip where hotels and showers and eating with utensils are involved.

Bummer - it was nice meeting you on the last one. I'm still waiting on you to setup an abadoned mine run in 29 palms.

I was thinking of just welding up some sort of device but that was alot of work. So when do we get to see the Jeep with my Tires and Flares on it? I am curious to see what mine would look like in blue.

The back spacing is so bad I can stop tha jeep from moving by just cranking the wheel all the way Left. I guess I don't need any brakes.
