Big Bear Trip Oct 2010

Big Bear trip Oct 23rd and 24th.

Let this be the gathering grounds for another great trip to Big Bear.

We will probably be getting rooms since it is so late in the season and will be cold.

Remember Octoberfest is going on at the same time and you get a room at motel 6 you are directly accross the street from the convention center so you are within walking distance.

People going:
Chris
Motorep
Jbolty
Jeepnkal
Grandpapy
Rikrotormonkey

Booked. $130 for two nights at motel 6.

Easy. No camping, no cooking and lots and lots of bratwurst. And beer.

yup. It was $53 for friday and $77 for saturday.

I did not shop around for a better deal so there might be some local motels for cheaper but I'm too lazy for that.

We could probably get really organized and rent a big group house or a condo but that would mean another 500 post thread.

I had a change in plans on my jeep for now. I don't have time to swap the axles in the next few weeks so I am gonna wait until after the trip to start, although I already sold my tires so I am gonna have to borrow a set or pick some up of CL to get me by for the weekend. Anyone have a set of rims and tires laying around I can use for two days?

Also I will be up there for probably two weeks before the trip remodeling that small house next to my mothers where my boat was sitting so if anyone needs a room there may be an extra assuming I am done on time.
