Now that is San Diego

OK so, forget the Rubios and all that, so far my favorites are from the truck parked in the street outside the Ecology junkyard in Otay and the one in the parking lot at Pick-Your-Part (half-price weekend 11-27 to 29), goes great with axle grease.

In Ocean Beach, if you follow Newport Ave to where it ends near the OB pier, on the corner on the left there's a bar & grill (I always forget what it's called). They have a real nice 2 taco special (Mahi & Wahoo) with excellent rice & beans.

Nice lookin' honey's always workin there & chick customers wearin' thongs & skimpy tops ain't a bad thing either.

About the only thing I don't like about it is that you have to order all your drinks at the bar.

I have a Dr. appointment on Thursday afternoon in La Jolla.

You guys are making me hungry with this thread! Tacos.....
