All I know is that it exists.

Looks like I may not be able to make it out. It all depends on my schedule and getting my jeep back down here from Big Bear in time. I guess I could take the scrambler as long as you guys will move all the big rocks out of the way for me.

Is this an event that you have to sign up and pay for or can you show up, run some trails and have some fun? I leave for the Shot Show in Vegas that next Monday but would love to get in on this!

You can have cheap, and you can have quality, but you can't have both!

Sign up is optional, and only required if you want to go on the organized runs.

Did some work to the jeep today. Brought home some quick disconects from a chocolate fountain at work, so my cb can be installed and removed in under a minute. Got all the wires tucked away for everything, painted my center console black, looks nice now. I made a hole for the rocker switch for my lights, just gotta wire up the lights.

Jeff i have your ring terminals you let me use the other day.

well, I get back from colorado on monday night. the 12th... I'm not sure if this one is going to be in the budget.

when I get home I will see how many checks I have from all of my holiday gigs

if I get paid up through the first and nothing catastrophic happens to the jeep on the drive home :knocksonwood: then I would be able to take another weekend off to play.... I've got the locker and the CB to install, other than that I meet all the safety requirements.

so how bad are those trails? the descriptions make wishbone, broken arrow, voodoo, black cat, and knock on wood sound pretty rough.

and is anyone planning on doing the organized runs, should I try and sign up when I find out if I am going to make it?

and If I can't make this one we will have to plan a another run soon

You'll be fine with your locker. Tow strap hill claimed a couple victims to the hook but I did a lot of the trails and didn't realize I hadn't put it into 4WD yet until I got to the steepest one.
Lots of dunes and rocks.
I'm hoping I can make it.
Last time we were there....

Turkey fry for saturday night. Bring anything else you want to toss in the fryer, lunch for saturday and something for friday night if you come then.
