Kevin; kuruma and I are heading out Friday PM about 1500. You're welcome to join us, if you don't mind taking the hills at a slow speed.

I'll try to roll out about 12-1. I want to be parked and set up with a beer in my hand before dark.

Well the good news is I got my lockers fixed and they lock!!! The bad news is the rear won't disengage now. Now it's back to the shop to get the rear end torn down and hopefully set up properly. Hope it gets done in time for superstition. If not I'll be in a passenger seat and spotting most likely.

I think I'm back on track with getting this resolved by Friday to head out for the event with lockers intact and working. I've noticed the capabilities of having 35's on her......now to see where lockers along with the 35's can get me. Probably into trouble. lol

got my new hubs in the mail thanks to Robert at rwkhaussupply.com I ordered them late Friday and got them to my door early Monday morning.. Awesome turn around time. Now I need to finish up my fenders, wait on a stupid hood latch , and run down and get my savvy bumper. Then I'm set.

It's starting to look like I'm not coming down Friday as planned. The van is still not finished ( engine swap) and I don't want to use a trip to the desert as a road test. I'm just gonna drive out Saturday AM and drive back home that night. Makes for a looooong day! Rrw600, call for me on the 2 meter Superstition repeater, or simplex 146.520 and we'll meet up.

Calsouth pulled out the wiring for the 2 meter when he swapped out the roll cage, so I don't know if I'm gonna have a 2 meter this trip.
