Where can I get black bolts? Black headlight bezel for CJ?

I want to do all black plates/hinges/bolts on my CJ. Where can I get these things? I know if I get the dress up kits, they come with it -- but I'm getting rid of those @##$% torx bolts wherever I find them and replacing with hex or phillips head and would like them pre-finished black. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks. Didn't think of that one. How large can you get an allen head?

What grade steel are they? Ok for "exterior use?" I never thought black bolts and washers would be so hard to find!

Sorry I dont remember what grade. See if you can find some, and buy a couple a leave them outside for a while. Spray em with water everyday..... see how they hold up. I really dont know. I used them on a gocart, but it didnt get wet much, and it was like 15-20 years ago....... my memory only goes back a few days
