So I've got rust to remove.I've seen all over the forum frame off resto's etc.Somebody must have a suggestion...I'll use the grinder and cup brushes on the heavy stuff;so I don't have alot of heavy rust left ,but would like to get down to bare metal before coating. What is the best brush on or spray on RUST/PAINT remover you have used?

I would never suggest to just paint over rust...but IMO POR-15 is the best.

POR-15 prevents moisture and air from touching the metal. However, it does not contain a rust converter. You might first consider using a phosphoric wash to convert the remaining existing rust (iron oxide) to water-soluable iron phosphate. Then, use POR-15. You can usually find phosphoric wash products at professional paint stores.
