Replace rear window seals on hardtop

I'm looking to replace the rear window seals on my 95 YJ hardtop. It appears whoever had it before me used some type of liquid sealant. However one side leaks and it looks bad. My question is if anyone else has done this? If so, what is the process? I couldn't find what I was looking for on you tube, or here. Anyone with good advice or references I would appreciate it!
