Painting the under parts of my jeep.

Just want to get a coat of paint on the steel under my jeep. It all has the normal surface rust.

Is there something I can do easy without removing everything? Just wire wheel a bit and use some por15? Or am I just worrying over nothing?


99 XJ, black, 4x4, NP231, 8.25 rear. Fully locked.
5.5" long arm lift, 35x12.5x15 Kumo KL71MT

Clean up and use Rust-Oleum or a similar type paint. This kind of job is all labor and lots of it. If parts are oily spray them clean with Brake Clean. The more prep the better the job. Spray can or brush-roller is acceptable.
