painting a rusty trailer

I have aquired a trailer that would be perfect for my YJ It is 100% covered with serface rust. It is a solid trailer it has just sat with little or no paint for a few years . my plan is to sand blast the entire thing then user raptor liner or something like that on the inside of the box and the under cairiage. Then Paint the trailer grey to match the yj. My question is Primer. I was thinking of a POR 15 self etching primer but there are 5 different kinds. Any suggestions. I will post pics of the trailer as it sits later today.

I'm doing all my home built stuff with POR 15. So far that has worked GREAT. I'm doing my frame with it this weekend. Thats got a good coating of surface rust. I'll let you know how it turns out.

No one else has any advise? I really dont want to use the wrong primer as it will still have some surface rust on it.
