Need advice for a desert tan paint job

I have a 1990 YJ Wrangler with a hard top that I want to paint military desert tan to resemble deployed vehicles. When it comes to painting I am not experienced and would like some advice or any and all tips and tricks you can offer. As to what paint I should use, what the total cost to me may come to, and complete steps in the painting process. Thank you to everyone in advance who can help me out.

I'm looking for the actual color...I want it to look as identical as possible.
