Line-X/paint ideas and options

So as I'm torn between a few options as far as body work goes. Lookin for ideas/suggestions.

I know I want to Line-X the interior. I was originally planning on having the exterior re-painted a flat darker green color (currently black clear coat) but now I am thinking of doing a Line-X on the outside as well (green though, not black). Reason being is to better protect against brushes and sticks in the woods, since paint (even a flat paint) scratches so easily. But if I do this, should I mine as well have the entire body Line-X'ed (ie..underside of the hood, cowl, behind the dash, etc...)

But how well do stickers adhere to Line-X? My TJ is a Golden Eagle edition and for the sake of history I want to make sure I can reapply the factory decals!

What do you all think?

Well, the stickers won't work very well for a couple of reasons. First, they just don't stick will to the LINE-X products. Second, keep in mind LINE-X has a textured surface and I don't think the stickers will look nice.

I don't know what your stickers look like, but you're better off painting on the logos.

Painting them is an option, I haven't looked into that yet though. Are there Line-X products that are not quite so textured?

The texture can be reduced, but it will have a texture no matter what.
