how much paint?

Hey, anybody who has painted their liberty, how much paint did you end up using? I'm going to do two coats of single stage satin black over dark red.
Thanks!

I believe a quart (of each color) will do. After the thinner/reducer is added you end up with almost a half gallon to spray.

Buy a gallon..If you make some mistakes you will be glad you have some extra.Single stage is not very forgiving when it comes to mistakes..Besides ..a gallon will most likely be cheaper than 3 qts. anyhow.
