For the glass BEFORE you try any kind of abrasive material....use Laquer Thinner...be carefull not to get any on any painted area..it can eat paint...
If the laquer thinner doesn't work,it's etched into the glass,buy an automotive glass polishing kit,they can rid fine scratches in auto glass and polish it like new.
If you use anything even the slightest abrasive on glass,it'll need polished
A good rubbing compound should work on the paint,after its gone,use a polish to renew the clear coat shine.
I've also had some good luck with Goof Off stain remover for rust stains on paint
