hood paint

Okay guys my hood on my 03 wrangler is like its faded but I look closeer and what it looks like is somone tried to paint it and did it a duller color. because there is parts that is peeling back to the brighter yellow. I bedlined the center square of my hood but I had a tiny bit of over spray through the newspaper. So i wanted to figure out how to get the restoleum over spray off the hood and to see if there was anyway to brighten up my hood or what to usw to get to the brighter paint. Without repainting my whole hood. THANKS GUYS APPRECIATE IT.

Try a polishing compound or clay bar to refurbish the areas with overspray.
