Hard top has HUGE scratch..HELP

I drove my new Jeep home with the front two panels off. Well when I pulled it out to put it back on top, it had a big Z scratch from the other panels metal latch. I cant beleive this SH**. I was sick about it. SO under the grey paint its a powder type material. I dont know how ill fix this. I used touch up paint to fill in the white, but now its got a Silver Z now. I know only truckers will see this, but still. I wonder if I should buy a new panel. Is that anal or am I right for being sick.

You could fill it in with some jb weld or an epoxy, sand the whole panel and then repaint it

I should have meticulously painted it with a paint pen. But I was anxious to fix it. I would think who ever made the top would sale a touch up paint.

I bought a my first Jeep a few months ago after my H3 caught fire. Best thing that ever happened. Got a 2010 Wrangler, then noticed all the scratches on top from the previous user taking the tops off and on. The scratches aren't deep but go through the black to the white undercoat. Anyone know the best touch up other than the paint pen?
