Good flat paint???

I have a cousin that just bought a 1974 CJ5 and he's getting ready to paint it. He wants a flat black or like a OD green. Any suggestions on a good quality paint that he should use.

Krylon fusion. They have a whole type of paint dedicated to ultra flat natural tones.
Krylon: Products: Camouflage Paint with Fusion Technology

Seconded on Krylon. I've used it on a few car parts myself and have been very satisfied.
