fixing inside door

anyone know how I can touch up the inside of my door panel? from getting in and out there was now brownish Scratches from where it loos like the paint of it scratched off. I've tried some odds and ends to touch it up but nothing seems to stick. thank you!

Clean it really good and get some plastic paint for it or flexible primer then what ever paint you want
