Few paint questions?

My leaf springs on my yj are rusty. Im going to paint them should i use bedliner, undercoating or regular black paint? and what prep work should i do?

Bed liner is for truck beds and undercoating is for soundproofing. I wouldn't want any chunky glop on my springs that isn't mud. Sandblast, wire brush, whatever you need to do to remove the crusty stuff and dirt. Remember you will need to de-grease also. Use paint. POR-15 works as advertised if you follow the directions. RustOleum would be my choice.
