Since you are waiting until spring or later..shop around on eBay..you can find them used for around 40-100.00 factory take offs from people in rust free states...

You can also buy brand new aftermarket fenders for around 200.00 a pair....

Nothing more i can add but exactly what these guys state above. You def need new, and shop around. You already have a good deal offered for 300. I would be all over that like a chicken on a June bug! Repairing what ya got would be worse then putting socks on a chicken! good luck.

Thanks guys, I apologize took me a while to get back to everyone I didn't realize there was a second page (didn't expect so many people responding) I greatly appreciate it. Now in regards of the status of the fenders... I'm 21 last year of my College career in Natural Resource Law; don't have the money right now to spend on it (I do but school comes first) so I greatly appreciate the offer Toby36. I have decided like I mentioned going to wait until the Spring/Summer (after I graduate) to put some money into this Jeep. I keep getting complements on how "clean" it is and how little rust there is on the frame.

Im very glade I posted because I thought $800 for the pair with matching color was a deal, but the sounds of its really not.

thanks for all the tips and advice I will update whenever I get it done...
