Fender Help

I got hit in a parking lot a while back and I need a new fender now. I am going to order a certifit fender which will be about $70 shipped. Now for the paint, I don't really want to pay a ton to get it done, what is the cheapest way to get it done? Or is there anyway to do it myself?
