Crows Feet on Hood

I see a lot of Jeeps with this. Is there an easy way to fix/cover this up besides the obvious of getting it painted by a pro?

Known as checking, have to either sand down to good material or strip it down to get rid of it. Then refinish. Used to see alot of it with the old laquers, but it still shows up in newer materials.

Lacquer check/ crows feet. Nothing you can do except strip it down then refinish.
