Johnny,

I recommend the Bestop Cleaner Line. It comes with a top cleaner, protectant, and window cleaner. Simply rub the cleaner into the stop, and hose it off. It'll take all the mud and dirt out. Apply the protectant and it'll stay nice for a while.

The window cleaner works great to remove light scratches and scuff marks. Use a microfiber towel and buff it on then wipe off and your windows will look great.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
