'95 YJ frame damage??

An old guy ran a stop sign today. I hit him straight on. It doesn't look like a lot of damage on my rock climber bumper, but it buckled my right fender. Is that a flag that the frame was damaged? Thanks

yeah, a picture would help. May just have caught the fender and pushed it back.
