3/8 holes in Tub

Ok tried searching so if I missed it please let me know where I can find it.
OK back when I was making considerably more money my 03 TJ was getting set up for more abuse. Since I pulled off my rear body armor I want to fill the holes and of course I drilled out the flare mounts too Really seemed like a good idea at the time Not complaining I know it was my poor planing and execution that put me where I am at today.
So I am looking for the best way to cut out the 3/8" circle patch material to weld in the holes. I do not see myself cutting out a bunch of 3/8" slugs with tin snips and die grinder so any help??
Thanks in advance
