So far it's great....2nd gear is about the same ratio as the 1st gear in the stock T-86....plus it's syncro'd, and plus you get a super low granny 1st gear (almost 7-1).

Great gear ratio for the trail. I found this one out of a salvage Jeep. The rebuild was not too hard and installing is was some fun with the weight.

Awesome transmission, has low enough gears to get the tires turnin in nearly any situation, and can still cruize 55 when it needs to.
