Pros: Great light-duty trans
Cons: Doesn't hold up well to high abuse
Recommended? Yes

Comments: It's a French built transmission. Also light-duty. It'll break soon enough

Price: $500.00
Pros: 5 speed instead of 6
Cons: none so far
Recommended? Yes

Comments: When the syncros went out on my NV3550, I replaced it with the trans out of a Dodge Dakota truck. A bit beefier trans and I'm told cheaper to rebuild one day. One less gear to shift through!
