Price: $500.00
Pros: rear locks when it is supposed to . Doesn't chew up tires
Cons: none that i have found yet
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I paid to have it installed because i have been in a couple of trucks / cars where people who said they knew what they were doing did their own and then they howl or just lock up and slide off the road at 35 mph not fun worth the dough imho i also spent a little extra and had new bearings races and seals done on my 8.8 should last forever lol ill probably get hit by an old lady in a parking lot as soon as i get out on the road .

Pros: Works great no slip
Cons: Lots of noise after it warms up
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Works as advertised. Not very noisy when turning but after it warms up it clunks hard when going into gear. Am told this is normal operation though.

Price: $350.00
Pros: easy on the road
Cons: doesnt lock up very quickly offroad, takes awhile
Recommended? Yes

Comments: its great for light offroading, but once you get one tire completely off the ground it does nothing, and even sometimes when they're both down it wont lock untill its been spinning for a long time

Pros: Great traction. Always on. No friction discs. No additives needed.
Cons: A little squirrelly on asphalt at first.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have True-trac's front (D44) and rear (D60) in my TJ. Great traction. I thought I might regret not putting a locker in the rear but the True-trac has proven me wrong.

Pros: Quality product
Cons: has helped one tire in the front wear away faster then all others
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Great in the dana 30 in the front of my jeep would recommend adding switch able hubs and frequent rotation of tires. awesome off road performance.

Pros: Transfers power great.
Cons: It's never going to be the same as a locker.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: If i had a lower fist gear i could get away with not using 4wd most of the time, it's really amazing how far i can get in 2wd now. My first test was to start one wheel on pavement and one in gravel then floor it and the tire in the gravel barely lost traction, i could feel the power transfer almost instantly.

Pros: Great upgrade
Cons: haven't had any yet
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This is a great addition to the D35 w/ 4.10's. I'm able to rock crawl on fairly intermediate stuff. The pic in my profile is from the PA Jeep show and it came in handy. I have yet to have problems with the locker yet. Makes a huge difference.

Pros: Long lasting, clutchless, limited slip. Aggressive and reliable engagement.
Cons: Whines sometimes in front diff on road.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This is an amazing limited slip. Had it on front Dana 30 in my XJ for 7 years. Continues to work flawlessly in low traction surfaces. Not quite as tight as a locker, but you know it's kicking in when it needs to. The gear driven design is bullet proof and flawless. Kicks butt on factory LSD's. Put one on my WJ too. Same results.

Price: $1.00
Pros: Works good, lasts long time, no clutches to wear. No price because I received it as a gift.
Cons: With the truetrac in the front, the Jeep requires a firm hand at the wheel when driving on slippery roads. It's perfectly safe, you just have to stay on top of it when you are on the throttle on the ice.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: If you live where the roads get nasty, and want to enhance your front axle, this is the differential to buy. Lockers are not safe on winter roads, and clutch pack LSDs are no good in the front because of the pre-load. Selectable lockers like the ARB or the Ox are fine off-road, but you won't derive any on-road benefit from one. The Truetrac is great off road, and also helps on slippery roads, while still being controllable under street/highway conditions. Yes, you will know it is there, and yes, you have to stay on top of it, but it's safe and easily controlled. It's really only noticeable when changing lanes with snow and/or ice bermed up between the lanes, especially if you are on the throttle.
Mine's been working flawlessly for over 8 years, and well over 80,000 miles.

Pros: Works excellent! Bullet proof product!
Cons: None so far!
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I don't know if it is the product or just my Jeep but it ever since it was installed I get a pretty big pop coming from the rear end of the Jeep during acceleration. The pop ether comes from the left or the right side of the rear end.

Comments: Works great in the snow. You don't even notice that it's there during daily driving. When you put it in 4WD you can for sure feel the added traction. Highly recommended for someone that needs better performance but still wants a very streetable rig.

Comments: The True Trac is a great half way point. Not a locker but not a clutch LS. Works great in the road in the front or back. But works best with a auto trany.
