The kit consists of two 'brackets' with grade 8 hardware and easy directions. It would have taken about 20 minutes to install, but a bolt snapped in my tub and so I had to tap it and remove it, adding significantly more time. I would advise PB blasting the bolts before trying to back them out. I am 6'8, 300 lbs and I now fit extremely comfortably in my TJ, whereas before I was very cramped. The seat raises about 1" and back 4" and I'll never own a Jeep without these brackets in. Completely worth the $70 or so.

Pros: Easy install, lots of leg room for the big guys!
Cons: Once installed and the seat all the way back, it's all too easy to either hit your backside or rip your jeans on the door striker....even so I'll take the brackets!
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I'm over 6'6" and a petite 305lbs, I've got leg room, lots of leg room!

Pros: Works great for tall people. No more banging your shin on the dash while shifting gears! Easy install.
Cons: None.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Brackets were very easy to install and provide tons of room. I love them and will never own another Wrangler without them. A must have if you're over 6'4".

Price: $70.00
Pros: At 6'6" these allowed me to fit comfortably in the TJ.
Cons: none
Recommended? No

Comments: These have been great. If you have a half cab soft top I think that the seats are too far back to allow for the top to fit properly. If anyone has the brackets and a half cab please let me know.
