Rubicon Express RE7525 LJ Unlimited 5.5" Long Arm Tri-Link

Rubicon's Long Arm Tri-Link system eliminates the rear track bar, allowing for true up/down wheel travel, while enhancing anti-squat for those steep climbs. On-road tracking is improved, and the kit is bolt-on for factory Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear ends.

Kit includes front and rear control arms using 2" .250 wall, 4130 chromoly material. Also included with the kit is Rubicon's newest misalignment joint design, the Builder Ball. This setup eliminates the rear track bar and has up to 32 degrees of misalignment in a giant-sized 3" OD housing.

Rubicon Express RE7525 LJ Unlimited 5.5" Long Arm Tri-Link

I love my Tri-Link ... very agile on the trail and very solid on the pavement.

With zero body lift, it is a perfect fit for 35's and probably not too much "tweaking" to move up to 37's.

My gallery has some good photos before, during, and after.

Rubicon Express RE7525 LJ Unlimited 5.5" Long Arm Tri-Link

Very happy with my RE 5.5" LA Tri-link. I think it is the best long arm tri-link kit available. I purchased my Rubicon with a budget lift that rode like crap, and the RE kit was just amazing compared to that junk setup that was on it. I got mine from Redrock 4x4 For under $3500 shipped with the RE Mono shocks and RE CV Yoke.

I would recommend for someone who does a few easy trips a year and mostly street drives their jeep. With heavy wheeling the bushing die fast and the big belly pan sets down a lot.

A great kit for the LJ. Work was straight forward and the directions are well written out.

This kit is very stable on road and off. The 3 link in the rear seems to have stopped the bucking and body sway that the previous 4 inch kit caused. I opted for the 4.5 inch springs rather than the 5.5 inch and still clear 315/75/R15 tires without rubbing, but the 4.5 rims did require spacers. Overall, I'm very pleased.
