3" Performance System
Heavy duty front and rear leaf spring springs feature nylon glide pads between each leaf for a friction free ride. Front springs employ 5 leafs while rear springs are comprised of a 4 leaf pack. Front and rear spring eyes are constructed with a full military style wrap for superior strength and dependability. The transfer case is relocated via billet spacers that allow the use of the stock skid plate. This system comes complete with a drop pitman arm, extended sway bar links, track bar relocation brackets and more.

Price: $600.00
Pros: Easy Install Reliable Double Military Wrap
Cons: Stiff Ride
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Just installed the lift kit and it has been great off road. The ride is a little stiff but the quality of the product for the price is worth it. It's not my DD so I don't worry as much about ride quality as off road quality. So far off road it has been good. Still flexes good over obstacles and gives it a nice ride height.

Price: $500.00
Pros: The ride height didn't seem to change as if the springs were beginning to sag even when i put the hard top on or towing a trailer.
Cons: The Bracket for the front track bar comes lose, and you have to use aftermarket shackles because my springs hit my frame and limit my flex.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: All together this seemed to be a quality product. Fabtech however did put this on clearance when i purchased it and i got lucky with my price. I have to say that with the minor issues with the track bar bracket and the frame issue with the springs which is to be expected because of the force that is put on those two areas and because of such a thicker spring. i am happy with my purchase and i have been running it for about two years now.

Fabtech 3" Performance System FAB-K4022
Price: $670.00
Pros: Not *very* expensive, great quality, everything you need, good articulation
Cons: ? none
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I have had this kit for over a year, and have wheeled fairly often. the springs are stiff at first, but soften up a bit after a while. although they still aren't the most comfortable out there.

I recently got rid of the d35 and opted for an 8.8. i have not gone wheeling yet with this setup, but i have no reason to complain about this kit at all.

It nets at LEAST 3.5". I fit 33" mud tires with plenty of room.

That's really everything I can think of....I would definitely recommend this product

Fabtech 3" Performance System FAB-K4022
Price: $650.00
Pros: Complete Kit, Relatively inexspensive compared to other high end kits.
Cons: The thing I was most dissappointed with was the amount of flex in the rear. I thought it should have had more droop.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: The t-case drop had huge spacers. It caused a little bit of difficulty shifting in the cold. I put in the cv drive shaft and the slip yolk eliminator and that problem went away. I wanted to do a little bit of more difficult wheeling. If I could do it all over again I would go with a spring over for more flex and height or the Rubicon Express 4.5 heavy duty lift.

Fabtech 3" Performance System FAB-K4022
Pros: Everything in 1 order!
Cons: The shocks are just OK
Recommended? Yes

Comments: For a leaf spring lift I believe it softened up very fast. No sag after some good beatings. Inexpensive by comparison and high quality.

Fabtech 3" Performance System FAB-K4022
Price: $607.00
Pros: Very complete, great fitting, good offroad quality
Cons: Rough riding at first, smooths out after some wheelin
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Great kit, very good quality. Seems to have great flexibility with track/sway bars removed. I bought it because it 4wheelonline was having such a good sale. Excellent alternative to BDS and Rubicon Express.
