Price: $30.00
Pros: Shocks are good.
Cons: The bushings are the worst. I complained and they sent me new ones, but I ended up fabricating my own.
Recommended? No

Comments: Until they improved the bushings, don't buy these. The shocks slide off the bushings on the lower end and then get destroyed on the mounts. Then theres the terrible rattling. I made a fatter bushing and wider... forced the bog bone into it and mounted it... now more problems.

Price: $140.00
Pros: Nice lift, better clearance and appearance
Cons: none yet
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Inexpensive and actually improves handling over the stock shocks, on and off road. They look good too. A couple bucks more and you can go up to the pro 2.2's, these are white and red - and look good, I only use them on the highway, beach, and some minor nasty dirt roads.

Rough Country Nitro 9000 shocks
Price: $140.00
Pros: Ride is decent
Cons: The shock bushings suck.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: These shocks are amazingly nice for the price. They ride a little stiffer than stock (which I found nice) and have yet to show any weaknesses. Only time will tell I guess.

UPDATE!
I have had to replace 2 bushings so far. They were both the upper front shock bushings, the bushing on top, inside the engine bay. For whatever reason they randomly disintegrated and I started hearing a clunk over bumps, I pop the hood and find no sign of the upper bushing, gone.

Well luckily my dad works at a paper mill and he made me some new bushings out of some heavy duty bushing material he uses at work. So other than the pain of replacing those 2 bushings (one went and the other followed 2 weeks later) the shocks are fine so far after about 6-7000 miles.

Oh and don't bother with shock boots. I removed mine after 6k miles and they had an inch of dirt in them. If you off-road at all don't waste $20 on a dirt and water trap!
