Rock Krawler Hydro Shocks
Pros: Cheap price tag. Came with my lift. Bump stops are built-in. Allows for lots of axle droop.
Cons: Stiff. Finish looks marginal.
Recommended? No

Comments: These came with my long arm lift. They have bumpstops inside the shock to cushion the shock when extending it to the max, and bumpstops to cushion at full compression and keep your tires out the fenders.

If you go out and buy them, they're about $85 a pair. Cheap.. but I hear there's better shocks for even cheaper.

The shocks are stiff. Cuts down on body roll on the pavement.. but sorta punishing going over bumps. I kinda feel like I'm cheating myself out of the long arm ride quality.

Edit- 9-17-07:
Since I installed these shocks, I've broken one mount right off the rear shock shaft from bottoming it out, and the other rear shock started leaking hydro oil about 3 months after install, for absolutely no reason.

When I removed them for the install of RE monotubes, I noticed that the shocks were much softer- especially the one that was leaking shock oil (it barely functioned). I'm very pleased with my new Rubicon Express Monotubes.
