Price: $45.00
Pros: cheap simple install nice ride
Cons: rust within a year
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I live in the rust belt so thats why they have rusted in a year. No problems besides the bar pins starting to go in the rear. Great ride compared to my buddies Black Diamond lift w/shocks. I do have stock springs that are shot to hell and my ride is not stiff at all.

Price: $52.99
Pros: Ride, response, control, and installation
Cons: Boots
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I installed these in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport after 163,000 miles. That's right 163K. The ride is considerably better and I wish that I would have replaced the factory shocks a long time ago to say the least. The installation was simple except that the factory shock didn't want to come out. The upper bolt was stripped and it took a couple of hours to get that off. Once the originals were off, this was as simple of a part to change as the air filter. Didn't have to remove the wheels, jack the car up... just remove and replace. I used to hit holes in the road especially on the freeway, and it would feel like the car was shaking for 5-10 seconds after. Now it's such a nice ride and everything feels more in control. I've read a few reviews that mention the RS5000s as being very stiff for on-road use, but if this is stiff, then I like it. I only gave them 4 stars because this is the first time I've replaced them, and think that there could be a better buy and product overall. But they're great in my opinion.

Price: $40.00
Pros: Great shock for on/off road
Cons: Truck feel
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This product works very well for me as I was looking for a stiffer ride without getting crazy. Some people say that it rides to much like a truck, but Im a fan of them. They are not the best out there, but for an economical way to finish off a 2" spacer lift, they work great

Price: $50.00
Pros: Good price, reasonable performance, sizes for nearly all applications, readily available, rugged
Cons: Harsher ride, a bit abrupt
Recommended? Yes

Comments: These were replacements for Monroe Sensatrack OEM replacements. They are not as compliant nor as plush as the Monroe's, but I didn't expect that. They are an excellent deal for the price, easy to find, they have sizes for nearly any lift combination and are available anywhere.

All in all after 2 months I am happy with the performance for the price paid, a fair deal. Next time I will likely opt for something a little more polished all around with better road manners.
