MSRP: $480.00
Average Price: $268.53
Manufacturer: Bilstein

Some of the highest quality shocks I have seen. Brushed aluminum casing really adds for a great look and light weight. Extremely smooth ride even with the highest of lifts.

A+

Price: $289.00
Pros: Smooth Ride On and Off-Road
Cons: Doesn't come with some hardware
Recommended? Yes

Comments: These shocks are fantastic! The ride quality is smoother than stock, and makes a dramatic improvement on bumpy/gravel roads. I was a little uncomfortable about the price at first, but I don't regret the cost one bit.

Be prepared to buy new hardware if your old stuff is rusty.

Pros: Great price and quality ride
Cons: none

Comments: I was considering going with the 5150's with the external reservoir but I chose these for the price. I'm perfectly happy with them and they handle my lifter perfectly.

Comments: Made the ride quality much better after a 2.5" lift on my Grand Cherokee. Really helps smooth out the bumps on the road.

Price: $80.00
Pros: Improve handling, and overall ride
Cons: Pretty stiff for "normal" driving
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Great Shocks. Running them with a 3in lift and they have made an incredible difference. Handling on and off the highway has improved a ton. The whole ride has been smooth on the roads and I can't even begin to explain the improvement on the trails. Pretty stiff shock but nothing too crazy. Definitely would recommend the product.

Comments: I received my bilstein struts from Kolak who's service is excellent. Install was simple, although time consuming for someone with limited tools and experience. Ride improved, more stable on road, no nose dive under braking. Overall extremely happy with purchase.

Price: $289.00
Pros: Great Ride
Cons: Didn't come with mounting bolts
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This was my first lift install and I found the instructions were minimal. When I mounted the shucks I had to buy grade 8 bolts from the hardware store which I didn't know I had to do at first. Also when tightening the top shock bolt you have to use an allen key to keep the shock from spinning.

Pros: Rough ride with great articulation when traveling over rocks.
Cons: none

Comments: These are solid mono-tube shocks. If you want something that will give you that Cadillac ride this is not the shock for you. If you want a shock that actually lets you feel what you are driving over this is the shock for you.
