Durango 4x4 DGO 30001 TJ/ YJ/ CJ Rear Bumper with 2" Receiver 57" wide

TJ/YJ/CJ Rear Bumper w/ 2" Receiver 57" Wide
with or without Shackle Mounts

Bumpers mount to the rear x-member using 8 bolts plus 4 additional mounting brackets from the bumper to the frame assuring the maximum pulling capacity possible. They have been tested and certified in a " Pulled to Destruction Test " at over 31,000 lbs. Because it is so strong, we can offer accessories like our Dual Gerry Can Rack, and Mountain Basket that our competitors can't. The bumper comes standard with a 2" receiver hitch and built in safety chain hoops. A textured semi-gloss powdercoat is standard on all products. Weighs approx. 60 lb. We highly recommend replacing the stock OEM rear x-member on all CJ's with a Durango 4x4 1/4" thick replacement x-member before installing any manufacturers bumper/tire carrier.

While this is not your typical crawler bumper, it does look very nice on a daily driver and it works well offroad also. I got the bumper without the shackles and would not hesitate pulling most anything from the 2" receiver.

The bumper is well built and was finished nicely. It was also very easy to install.

It has survived 3 trips over the Rubicon Trail with only minor scratches on the ends.

I would definately recommend this bumper to anyone who wants a nice looking yet very functional bumper for their Jeep.

Towing: I've pulled a 2500# trailer from GA to AZ no prob: includes chain attach points(+). (DOT-approved liability debate notwithstanding...)

Have both front and rear Durango 4x4 bumpers - also with the Mountain rack and dual jerry can attachment. These are AWESOME

The material is top notch, George and his crew do a really good job in their perfecting a part, be it bumpers, sliders, or rear Gas can rack and mt Basket.

great looking bumper, strong enough to tow anything. Install instructions a little vague. Some hardware missing. One trip to Ace fixed that.
