Comments: I bought some stainless diamond plate and cut it to fit for the rocker guards. I then painted them black to match the jeep.

Comments: pretty simple to build a set from 3/16 plate.
1) measure, measure again.
2) cut to length
3) get sheet bent
4) paint rockers on vehicle
5) paint bent rockers
6) install on vehicle

Comments: I fabbed these up from 3/16" steel plate. Powder coated by a local shop here and bolted them up. The rock sliders actually through bolt to the frame from the body mounts.

Comments: Thick vinyl from a sign company is what the protection is along with the door thresholds, holding up so far and easily replaceable when the get cut. Also works as a skin over the paint when installing metal armor which I will do when I get to that project. 10 foot roll by 16 inches wide cost about 80.00 dollars.

Comments: I have custon rock guards made by BANDITT OFF ROAD he has made me tube fenders front and rear, and rocker guards if your around the CT area give him a call he does great work at a great price. did all that and painted to match body for 1200

Comments: In process of herculiner and duplicolor coating rockers, rear quarters, and bumpers. So far, rockers have turned out great. Very inexpensive and easy. Herculiner quart = $20, Duplicolor x2 cans = $16.

Comments: KrossLoch Fab... another jeeper from Edmonton built and welded these suckers on. Gave it the 300+lb test (300lb budy jumping on them), didn't even budge.
