Tough, 1/4" diamond plate steel... custom cut and added to body for strengthening, protection, and to cover body rot!

Price: $1.00 Pros: Solid design that has already delivered Cons: None Recommended? Yes
Comments: When I first inspected this rig, one of the first things I noticed underneath was the dents in the tubes protecting the transmission. That showed me the cage was solid!

Price: $50.00 Pros: Cheap and super strong. Cons: None Recommended? Yes
Comments: 4" by 4" - 3/8" thick "L" cold steel, cut and smoothed. Cost me $40 for the steel and $10 to the guy who cut it and smoothed the cut ends, then I drilled some holes and mounted it up with grade 8 bolts. Strong enough to bang rocks or lift one whole side of the Jeep with the Hi-Lift. Every couple of years I throw on a rattle can of BBQ paint, had it for 16 years now and it hasn't even scratched on things that would've destroyed most "bar" setups you can buy.

Price: $125.00 Pros: Save your sides Cons: None Recommended? Yes
Comments: Not Monkey Armor but no category found for them... I designed these back in '89 and had a local weld shop fab them for me. We called them Nerf bars. Well worth it. Nice step up too.

Comments: I dont have custom bumpers, but I have the Four Real. daystar stinger bumper and rocker gaurds. There not the best..the rocker gaurds never really fit right, but the bumper makes my jeep look somewhat tough.
