Pros: Install perfectly level, very easily. Heavy duty steel, nice clean welds.
Cons: Seems like 4 bolts along the pinch seam is too few? Also, instead of self-tapping bolts for mounting to the unibody frame rails, it might be better to have some kind of captured nut system. But that would probably require cutting more holes into the frame rails and that's probably not good. As it is, the self-tapping bolts still hold pretty well, and I was able to cinch them down pretty tight without stripping out the self-tapped threads in the frame.
Comments: Follow the instructions on AJ's website for installing these (vise grip method). It's a lot simpler than the other write-ups out there on the web. One addition to the instructions -- for marking the holes on the pinch lip, I found it very helpful to use a 1/4" L-shaped allen wrench, with the short end's tip dipped in thick paint. Then you can mark the pinch lip holes very easily.
Also, like they say, measure thrice, cut once. It really helps to make sure you've got your holes marked properly before drilling them out!
