Pros: Increase in Gas mileage. I don't have to buy any more air-filters
Cons: None
Recommended? Yes

Comments: After about three years of use, I never had a problem with it. I would advise purchasing the cleaning kit, every oil change I clean the filter.

Pros: Eaisiest thing i ever installed on my jeep.
Cons: None
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Very easy to install. Just open your airbox, remove your old filter, and drop the new one in. It has K&N's million mile warranty, so it will be the last filter you ever have to buy, and every so often just check up on it and make sure it is clean.(I like to do this every oil change.)

Pros: Easy to install. No need to buy more filters down the road.
Cons: Not sure I've gained anything in the way of hp. K&N doesn't claim that you do however.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This drop in replacement K&N is a good product but I wish there was some power to be had by making this switch. No more filters is nice but too much oil --and K&N doesn't tell you how much is too much-- and you will foul sensors. No, they usually do not cover it under warranty.

Cons: I don't think it filters as well as paper filters (I don't use it off road)
Recommended? Yes

Comments: Don't bother me.

Comments: Easy to install, pull the old filter out and then install the new filter, it's so easy a caveman can do it!

Price: $60.00
Pros: Better breathing, less restrictive = better fuel economy and throttle response
Cons: none so far
Recommended? Yes

Comments: I live in a fairly dust free environment, and it rains a lot. 8000KM, filter is clean, intake is clean, throttle body is clean, all good! Great filter, but likely any oiled filter is not great for heavy dust driving.

K & N Drop in Filter
Price: $25.00
Pros: 1 mpg/can clean and reuse
Recommended? Yes

Comments: It replaced a factory air filter and got a 1 mpg increase. I have not noticed any increased power or noise. I would recommend this product because it can be cleaned and reused and it increases mpg.
