AIRAID Premium Filter Company has found a way to unleash some of the 2.5-liter’s hidden horsepower and torque with the development of a new Cool Air Dam intake for the ‘91-‘95 Jeep Wrangler YJ. AIRAID’s Cool Air Dam system for the 2.5-liter YJ features a full-length intake tube and a computer-designed Cool Air Dam, which isolates engine heat away from the air inlet and take advantage of the dense, cool air from outside of the engine bay.

Pros: Filter Quality, beautiful sound, material quality
Cons: N/A
Recommended? Yes

Comments: A lot of other filters can dissipate and burn off filter particles on you sensor and ruin it, well I haven't had that problem yet and the product has been on my vehicle for years! A friend had a K&N where the filter particles were falling apart and building up on the inside. The AIRAID also has the best quality materials I have seen including the structure and mounting system for the air damn.

Pros: helped out with low end torque. Improved gas milage too...
Cons: sounds like an airplane taking off at low rpms.
Recommended? Yes

Comments: For what it is, it's getter than a homemade one made out of a vacuum hose and cheap filter from walmart

Pros: An extra 7.4 horse and improved gas mileage
Cons: None yet
Recommended? Yes

Comments: This intake was easy to install, took about 15 minutes in the freezing cold. I noticed better throttle response immediately. Comes with a heat shield and everything needed to install. I would buy this again without a thought.
