Well this weekend I installed the Edge Products Trail Jammer kit in my 2005. I did not do their intake, being I had my own built already.
The install was very straight forward, took about 30 minutes. They supplied the torx needed. After installed I reconnected the negative terminal and started her up. Idle was just fine. So I let her idle for about 10 minutes and took it around the block. It had amazing throttle response. I did have to adjust the throttle body due it closing a bit too much. When you hit the gas it kinda stuck closed. It is just a 3/16" allen key. Now there is no hang up.
Today I drove it about 50 miles. Off the line on the highway you can definately feel the response and added torque. It does pull better at lower rpm ranges, before I was downshifting alot.
Being I only have 55 miles on it I can not tell you about fuel gains or loses. According to Edge I should see an improvement.
Will post updates in a month or so after a few tanks of gas. Being it is not my DD, takes awhile to use a tank of gas.

Comments: I put this in about 6 monts ago and I have DEFINATELY noticed a difference in my Jeeps performance. I did notice that my check engine light would come on for a few days, then go off and it would do this occassionally. I hooked it up to the computer and apparently having the wider throttle body set off the O2 sensors for awhile. I haven't had any problems since though and the check engine light has been off. Also, there is a slight whistle sound/vacuum noise that is noticeable when you first start the engine, but does go away after driving a couple of miles - engine warms up.

Comments: It woke my 4.0 up. The combination of the edge trail jammer system (chip and throttle body w/ spacer), borla headers, borla catback and AEM bruteforce intake, she really woke up. It sounds unreal and has way more power than factory. The thing just breathes so much better and my highway mileage is up by about 3mpg. Not really worth it from a gas mileage standpoint, but totally worth it in terms of the power gains. Sick!

Comments: Just installed the entire package on Thursday. Added significant power. Can really feel it. I am guessing they fixed the whistling problem. Mine only whistles upon startup and goes away once vehicle is warmed up. Another bonus is since I am an Edge dealer I got the product at cost! If anyone needs one at a great price let me know!

Comments: GOT THE WHOLE KIT FIGURED STAYING THE SAME NAME BRAND MIGHT EVEN HELP A LITTLE MORE. INSTALL IS A CAKE WALK AND TIMELESS. GREAT PRODUCT AND NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENTS BUT THERE IS A LOUD WHISTLING. PAY TO PLAY

Comments: The larger throttle body made my air intake sound like a hoover, it was kinda cool at first but I'm over it now. Whenever I let off the throttle it sounds like I have a blow off valve. The throttle response is a lot better over stock. As for performance, there is a difference but I added a cat-back at the same time so its not fair to say how much improvement I gained. The best part was about a 2 mpg improvement!

Comments: this programmer is good for 20% increase in HP across the board. I am using it with the edge Throttlebody and a AEM spacer and AEM brute force intake. Expect a high pitched whistle from the IAC in the throttlebody, If you hone the edges down, it reduces the whine.

Comments: Easy install. Cold air intake, chip and 62mm throttle body. CAI has a nice gurgle to it at idle. Seat of the pants response is fantastic. Stop to 60 improved. Throttle response improved throughout. I think I will really get the benefit of this product when I replace the stock exhaust system and maybe some headers.
