Comments: Works great, purchased to replace my stock cat that was falling apart at 124,000 miles. Would have bolted right into place if not for the fact that the pipe coming out of the cat going to the muffler is 2 1/4", but I have a custom cat-back using 2 1/2" pipe so I had to get an adapter. If you are using a Magnaflow cat-back or any muffler that will fit directly onto 2 1/4" pipe then it will all match up fine.

Comments: Looks absolutely awesome under there. Stainless steel turned purple and colored after getting hot, looks real neat. Sounds nice, motor definitely runs cleaner and increase in power, better gas mileage too. Very easy to install.

I bought this with a Dynomax catback, and this kit came with the hi-flow cat as well as the downpipe. So i replaced my entire exhaust system at once (made it much easier. Get the whole thing in place (loosely), then position it as desired and tighten it down.

Comments: this system went in with not to much effort. had to cut the original cat and down pipe out with a saws-all since all the bolts were rusted in. went to put the 02 sensor into the upstream hole and ended up striping the threads on the 02 sensor. after i re-tapped the hole and replaced the 02 sensor it works fine now.

Comments: The old exhaust was a pain to remove but the new one bolted right on in under an hour. When I first put it on I lost significant gas mileage. I also kept getting a trouble code for the rear O2 sensor which I replaced with the exhaust. I added a cold air intake and took the jeep in to have the trouble code checked because I didn't think my brand new O2 sensor would be sending the error. The shop replaced it with one from Jeep. So now, the trouble code is gone and I am back to factory gas mileage with extra power and great sound.

Comments: Just an FYI to fellow 4bangers but I just replaced my stock cat (what I thought was stock), with a Magnaflow HP cat, and felt a noticable increase in throttle response. I say stock cat because thats what I thought it was, it was even welded on the manifold pipe and looked like factory weld not aftermarket, but when I brought my cat to the scrap yard the guy told me the one I removed was definately a aftermarket, possibly a factory warrantied one, so all I got was 4 bucks for it. PS he even showed me the differanvce between stock and aftermarket so no I dont think I was dupped.. But who cares it was $ more dollars than throwing it the can. Anyways I would recomend the cat to anyone who thinks they may have a worn out cat. I can now use fifth gear on the highway again which couldnt do since the lift/tires. It even sounds as meaty as a 4 slugger can...

They only problem was they did not mention the 6 month warranty thing they led me to believe it was lifetime....it was not. However any lage diameter high flow magnaflow catalytic converter is a very cost effective solution to cat problems
