Comments: Installed the Flowmaster 50 Series Delta Flow muffler on my KK. I also removed the resonator and replaced all the pipe from the muffler back with 3" pipe. I've seen decent gains in horsepower and a slight gain in mileage. The sound is very good. More mellow than the Super 44 or 40 series but still noticeably more aggressive than the stock sound. The only issue is that the muffler is slightly too large for the KK and hand to be mounted at a slight angle in order for it to clear the frame.

Comments: Sounds much better to me than a 40 series. Does not have the hollow style sound of the 40 series. Has a nice deep idle sound like a small block v8. Very low interior noise with windows up. Can barely hear exhaust sound at highway speeds.

Comments: the Flowmaster Delta 50 series muffler is a great upgrade from stock, it also is not incredibily loud like the 40 but it give the cherokee great tone at idle and sounds amazing when u hear it go by i say its very worth buying for your Jeep of any generation

Comments: bought it at a pick and pull for just over 20 bucks, and 50 to have a local shop weld it on my 4.0L XJ. it's got a very mellow throaty sound that's not too loud. didn't notice any preformance gains at all, but all i did was change the muffler and keep the stock pipe. best yard find so far. love the sound. it's just loud enough, for me at least. others may want something louder like a 40 series.

Comments: Installed flowmaster 50 SUV in place of stock coffin muffler, leaving stock resonator. Sounds nice at idle and under load, but drones terribly at light throttle, when MDS is activated, and at steady throttle 1800-2100 rpm. Am replacing with magnaflow 3in universal ASAP
