Thanks man! The paint has some runs and drips in it b/c it was done by the PO but he didn't do a horrible job either

I also put the soft top on tonight, well whats left of a soft top lol
'

Looks like it was a new Bestop before the mouse got handsy with it lol. I'm just going to patch it for now and I'll get a replacement top when i have some extra cash.

Can't decide if i want to run flares or not???

I have no flares on my on my 95 YJ and I really like the look... But its a real pita digging through mud with it slinging all over the place, and inside the cab (i also have a similar bikini top and no doors). I keep telling myself to add some metal cloaks and rear TJ flares.

I plan on robbing the xrc8 off my CJ since I've never had to use it and put it on the YJ.

So how difficult was it on the windshield hinges? I've heard stories of the driver's side being from a real bear to impossible. Haven't tried replacing my old hinges yet.

Working on fabbing a winch plate to my front bumper....

All mocked up ready for welding

Hardly any room to mount the winch.
'

Welded, blended, prep for paint.

Primed

Painted, the paint is Rustoleum Hammered paint, it looked like it had a lot more black in it and i was going for a gun metal look, but it came out way more silver then i thought it would. Should i leave it or paint it black???
