Installation of KC Daylighter 130w Driving and Offroad lights. This is the wiring for the windshield mounted Offroad lights. Pulled wiper panel off to run wiring.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...sieldlight.jpg
Ran wiring in through the corner of the panel on both sides and crossed over the firewall at the hood hinges.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...ieldlight2.jpg
Put the panel back on. Wiring looks clean and dissapears quickly.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...lightscowl.jpg
Lights attached and wiring complete.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...sinstalled.jpg
Another pic of the finished lights. Put the hard smile rock covers on both sets.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...installed2.jpg
Added yellow KC rock gaurds to all lights. I like em!

My Iggee seat covers arrived.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...eeseatsbox.jpg
There were only enough hooks in the box for the front seats (oops on Iggee) so I got creative and made a zip-tie chain to keep it tight. I probably used 20 or so zip-ties tied together.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...eatzipties.jpg
The back seat finished...
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...rearseaton.jpg

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...ghtailgate.jpg
Scraped out a little bit of the cover to make it fit.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...ailgatebox.jpg
Ran along side of tub. Used the d-ring hitch to hold it down and get a good measurement.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/.../Coaxhitch.jpg
Uniden PRO-520xl
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...es26573/CB.jpg

Ext Speaker output going to stereo
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...speakerout.jpg
Modified Arizona Rocky Road mount. It didnt fit my Olympic Extreme Duty tire mount so I lined it up between the bump stop and tire mount bolt and drilled a hole to match the width. Sits to the right a bit but works for me.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...tennamount.jpg

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...573/SRCbox.jpg

http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...3/SRCinbox.jpg
Old stock bumper
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...hcomingoff.jpg

sjones26573 09-14-2011 08:33 PM

Finally got the correct pair of Body Armor trail doors in. Last pair I sent back because the limiting strap hoop was riveted on where I couldnt put the strap on. Put ths set on this morning. In this set, the passenger side hinge scrapes the paint off the body as it pivots. Grinding required apparently.
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...armordoors.jpg
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...rmordoors2.jpg
http://i1108.photobucket.com/albums/...rmordoors3.jpg

WARNING: I had so many issues with these doors I ended up selling them. I will never buy Body Armor again.
