Looks good. I built something similar for my YJ. The prototype was made of wood, and I'm in the process of building the metal version. With space being so limited in a YJ, I made mine "modular", so that I could easliy remove part of it, and put the back seat in.

Don't know if you are looking for ideas, but here's how I set mine up.
I started with two boxes that are permanantly mounted to the wheel wells. The lids of these boxes are padded, and make great arm rests for the rear passangers.
The next part is a bulkhead/trunk section. When the bulkhead/trunk section is mounted behind the rear seat, it functions just like an "insta-trunk". However, with the rear seat removed, the bulkhead/trunk section can be moved forward to just behind the rear seats. With the bulkhead/trunk section in the forward position, I can add the tonneau/lid section, and enclose the entire rear of the jeep. And, the best part is that it only takes about 5-10 minutes to change it from totally enclosed, to open with the rear seat installed.

Here's a pic with everything installed, if you want more pics or info, just let me know.

maroon 1987 Grand Wagoneer. stock for now...
