WJ looks bad help!

I have a 2004 WJ special edition and when I bought it there was some body damage! The front and rear bumper covers are broken up and have paint matching duct tape covering the sore spots. I would really like to replace them but since it is the special edition it has the special covers I would really like to replace them but the dealer wants an arm and a leg for them. I have no problem buying them but to get them painted is a different story! So I was hoping I could get some ideas that would either keep it on the cheap side of painting. Maybe plastic dip all the trim? I also need to replace a rear door! I looked at all the salvage yards too! Right now it just looks bad and I would love to fix it but I only have limited funds!
