What do I need

I know "the lift kit" question is asked all the time, but I have heard so many diffrent responses I dont know whats correct.

If I take a stock 99 tj and throw a 4" lift and 35" tires on, what do I need. I would like to be able to hit a trail and not have to worry about this unnecessarily breaking, or that not being able to do its job. Also, what recommended parts would be, well, reccomended?

I live in central Florida, and plan to hit basic/moderate trails. Deep sugar sand, mid sized mud pits, going over rocks, ditches, and fallen trees is the rig's purpose. Also, telephone poles and deep water, as for hurricane weather can tend to get messy here. This will be a weekend warrior/daily driver/BOV.

I would recommend an SYE so you don't don't haft drop your belly pan
Also to run 35s youll need some sort of flat fenders
I have metalcloak arched fenders on my jeep an love them! I have a 4 inch lift an could clear 37s
I also have the advanced adapters SYE kit with tom woods drive shafts front an rear
